Charlotte Beck is a public relations professional with more than a decade of experience working for clients in the hospitality and lifestyle industries. After earning her B.A. from Boston University, Charlotte went into advertising for a few years, but felt drawn to the storytelling-nature and more personal approach of PR. She began her communications career at New York City's largest food rescue organization, where she got a taste for restaurant PR by working with some of New York’s most iconic chefs such as Eric Ripert, Marcus Samuelsson, and Marc Murphy. Charlotte then transitioned to a southern-based PR agency with national reach, where she directed the strategy and execution of PR campaigns for top-tier clients in the hospitality and lifestyle sectors including James Beard Award-winning chefs and boutique hotels.

After many years of public relations agency life, Charlotte founded her own PR shop in 2020, wanting the ability to slow down and refocus on her favorite parts of PR (storytelling and relationships), as well as having the space and freedom to be selective and hands-on with clients. As a native Kentuckian and someone who identifies as a Southerner, Charlotte's goal as a publicist is to tell stories of people and places rooted in this region.

In addition to working in PR, Charlotte is also a photographer. She’s been featured in The Bitter Southerner, Fraction Magazine, and as an emerging Southern photographer in Jeff Rich’s column in Oxford American, “Eyes on the South.” Charlotte currently lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two young daughters.
